Lala Lajpatrai Institute Concludes ATAL FDP on Industry 5.0
Some teachers who teach business and management went to a special six-day learning camp.
The camp was organized by Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management and was called an AICTE-ATAL Faculty Development Programme.
At the camp, the teachers learned about smart machines, FinTech (technology that helps with money), and how people and machines can work together.
They also talked about artificial intelligence and how to make decisions that are good for the environment too.
On the fifth day, they visited the S.N.D.T. Women's University Incubation Centre, a place that helps new businesses get started.
There, they met new entrepreneurs and shared ideas, challenges and opportunities with them.
At the end of the camp, the institute leaders Dr. Kamal Gupta and Dr. H. J. Bhasin congratulated everyone.
The leaders also encouraged the teachers to use new technology and creative ideas in education.
The camp mixed book learning with practical, hands-on experiences.
Now the teachers can bring these new ideas back to their own classrooms.
