IIT Jodhpur Students Learn About Drug Risks in NCB Session

Nearly 900 students at a big engineering school called IIT Jodhpur went to a special meeting about how dangerous drugs can be.

The meeting was run by a government agency called the Narcotics Control Bureau, or NCB.

Officials explained that using drugs can hurt a person's body, friendships, and whole life.

They also talked about how feeling very sad or stressed can sometimes make people turn to drugs.

The students learned how to recognize risks and make smart, healthy choices instead.

Officials told them about a special help line called MANAS where they can get advice and support about drugs.

Students were also asked to tell their friends what they learned.

The meeting reminded everyone that asking for help when feeling down or worried is a good thing, not a sign of weakness.

The whole goal was to keep students healthy, safe, and informed.
