Ajmera Realty Reports ₹370 Crore H1FY27 Sales, ₹363 Crore Collections
Ajmera Realty shared its sales and collection figures for the first half of FY27.
In the three months ending September 30, 2026, it recorded ₹224 crore in pre-sales.
It collected ₹190 crore during that quarter.
Across the first six months, pre-sales were ₹370 crore and collections were ₹363 crore.
Compared with the same quarter a year earlier, sales value was lower by 69%.
The area of homes sold also decreased by 68%.
Quarterly collections were down 14% from a year earlier.
