Tribunal Notices UPSC Over Eight Civil Services Exam Questions

Tribunal Notices UPSC Over Eight Civil Services Exam Questions
Central Administrative Tribunal issues notice to UPSC over 8 civil services exam questions · indianexpress.com

Some students challenged eight questions from a civil services entrance test.

They said none of the four answer choices was correct for those questions.

They also said the problem could affect more than 16 marks because of negative marking.

The Central Administrative Tribunal has asked the Union Public Service Commission to respond.

The students want to be allowed to take the next examination while their case continues.

They also want the commission to explain how it handled their objections.

The next court hearing is planned for October 8, 2026.

The Main Examination is scheduled for August 21 to August 31.
