Mumbai Metro 2B Installs First Steel Segment

The project includes 49 composite steel segments and pylons rising 20.1 metres above ground.
Metro Line 2B will improve east-west connectivity and reduce travel time by up to 75%.
The corridor will integrate with four metro lines, the Mumbai Monorail, and both the Western and Central Railway suburban networks.
