Seven Andhra Pradesh Medical Colleges Rank Among India's Top 127

Medical colleges are schools that train people to become doctors.

A big list called the IIRF Medical College Rankings 2026 compares medical colleges all over India.

Seven medical colleges from a state called Andhra Pradesh did very well in this list.

They all made it into the top 127 medical schools in the whole country.

The best one is Andhra Medical College in Visakhapatnam, which came 13th in India.

Other colleges in Guntur, Kurnool, Kakinada, and Tirupati also placed in the top 70.

Two more government colleges, one in Vijayawada and one in Ananthapuram, also made the list.

The very top position in India was kept by AIIMS New Delhi.

The ranking looked at 144 of India's leading medical colleges.

Getting a good rank is a proud and happy moment for the teachers and students at these colleges.
