Haryana approves purchase of 26,161 transformers to boost power infrastructure

The committee also approved the procurement of 5,000 to 7,500 T&P safety kits, each comprising 14 items, for linemen and assistant linemen.
The safety kits are intended for workers at Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam.
Saini said the move aims to ensure uninterrupted power supply and maintain sufficient transformer backup for emergencies.
