Four Killed, Two Injured in Pune-Satara Highway Crash
One early Tuesday morning, a group of young friends were driving on a big highway.
The driver lost control of their car, which is called an SUV.
The car hit the divider in the middle of the road and crossed into the opposite lane.
Right then, a truck was coming the other way, and the two vehicles crashed into each other.
The crash was so severe that four of the young men died.
Two other friends were hurt and taken to a hospital in serious condition.

The deceased were identified as Vedant Arjun Waringe (19), Sonling Dhirendra Thakur (19), Aditya Balasaheb Garud (19) and Nikhil Balu Raut (20).
The injured, Dikshit Dayanand Pujari and Mayur Hanumant Shinde, both 20, were hospitalised in critical condition; police registered a case and are investigating why the driver lost control.
