Trade Union Leader Urges United Movement Against VSP Privatisation
Trade union leader Tapan Sen asked workers to oppose the privatisation of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
He said the plant is important because of its location and role in exports and imports.
He warned that private control could hurt the national economy.

CITU state president CH Narsinga Rao alleged that a ₹11,400-crore package was mainly used to repay bank loans rather than repair machinery or buy raw materials.
