Childline-1098 transferred him to the rehabilitation centre after completing required formalities.
Officials said the boy had left his home in Mumbai, escaped shelter in Hyderabad on September 13, and traveled to Nalgonda by train.
Nalgonda Town-I police registered a case and began searching for him after a complaint was filed.
