Haryana CM: Youth decisive for Viksit Bharat 2047 vision
The leader of an Indian state called Haryana gave a big speech on International Youth Day.
International Youth Day is a special day to celebrate young people.
He said young people will help India become a developed country by the year 2047.
That plan is called Viksit Bharat 2047.
He also started a campaign to teach people about HIV and AIDS.
HIV is a sickness, and the leader said we should be kind to people who have it, not push them away.
He told young people to stay away from drugs.
He said they should stay healthy and learn useful skills.
He also said young people should try to create jobs for others, not just look for jobs.
The government is spending a lot of money to upgrade training schools that teach these skills.
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said youth will play a decisive role in turning the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision into reality.
Saini launched an HIV-AIDS awareness campaign that will run across the state until October 12.
He urged society to break the walls of silence, stigma and shame around HIV and to fight the disease, not the person suffering from it.
Industrial Training Institutes across Haryana are being upgraded at a cost of around Rs 3,000 crore.
Saini urged youth to stay away from drugs and to become job creators rather than remaining merely job seekers.
