Xi Jinping Skips Modi’s BRICS Gala Dinner in Delhi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a special dinner for BRICS leaders in New Delhi.
Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the summit earlier in the day but did not come to the dinner.
The reason for his absence was not officially explained.
One source said he may have returned to his hotel to rest.
Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed also did not attend.
