Coffee or chocolate? · thehansindia.com

In the city of Hyderabad, in India, two much-loved businesses have each opened something new.

Roastery Coffee House is a coffee shop that was born in Hyderabad in 2017.

It has just opened its 15th shop, in a neighbourhood called Film Nagar.

The new shop has beautiful arches that remind people of an old building called Taramati Baradari.

The coffee shop uses beans that are grown only in India, like from Chikmagalur and Coorg, and it roasts them itself.

Manam Chocolate Karkhana is a chocolate company that uses cacao grown mostly in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

It has opened a small chocolate drink bar in a neighbourhood called Banjara Hills.

At the bar, you pick your chocolate, choose if you want it hot or cold, and watch it become a yummy drink.

There are more than 24 drinks to try, including chocolate options with milk, oat milk, or banana.

So whether you love coffee or chocolate, Hyderabad now has a new place for both.

Founder of Manam Chocolate Karkhana

“Every new café is exciting, but opening another one in Hyderabad is always emotional because this is where Roastery was born. When we started in 2017, we simply wanted to introduce people to great Indian speciality coffee. The love and support we received from Hyderabad encouraged us to dream bigger. Even today, this city feels like home.”
