Kaushalya Devi lives in a village in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
She used to have only three cows.
She joined a milk producer organisation supported by the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
The organisation gave her training, animal health help and better ways to sell milk.
She slowly increased her animals to 14.
Now she supplies about 70 litres of milk every day.

Kaushalya Devi of Barhi village in Gorakhpur expanded her dairy business through government-supported training and market access.
After starting with three cows, she now has 14 animals and supplies about 70 litres of milk daily.
Her reported income rose to around Rs 11.50 lakh in the first year and Rs 14 lakh over one and a half years.
She joined Shri Baba Gorakhnath Kripa Milk Producer Organisation under the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
A gobargas unit supported by the organisation and the National Dairy Development Board reduced household fuel expenses.
