Jailer 2 Hindi release confirmed for October 15

Jailer 2, starring Rajinikanth and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is scheduled to open worldwide on October 15, 2026.

The makers have confirmed that the Hindi version will release in cinemas on that date, alongside the film’s other language versions.

The announcement follows speculation that the Hindi release might be affected by the gap between its cinema and streaming releases.

The team says the planned release date has not changed.

Pen Marudhar Entertainment will distribute the film in North India.

Jailer 2 is a sequel to Rajinikanth’s 2023 film Jailer.

Further details about the cinema rollout and show distribution are awaited.
