Christian Lell says he helped three former partners arrange breast surgery

Lell discussed breast surgery with fellow contestants on the reality show “Promi Big Brother.”

He said three former partners wanted breast enlargement and that he helped them find a doctor, but did not say how much it cost.

Kim Virginia Grey joked that she should be the next person he paid for.

Lell objected, and the two argued.
