Finland’s PM plans to propose ending tourist visas for Russians

Orpo plans to ask European countries to stop giving tourist visas to Russian citizens.

He says they should not be able to travel freely in Europe as tourists.

The proposal is due to be discussed at a European Council meeting next week.

It is a plan, not a decision that the visas will end.
