Tony Gilroy Says Disney Never Told Him to Avoid Discussing Fascism on Andor

Tony Gilroy said Disney never told him or the Andor cast to avoid discussing fascism or politics in interviews.

He said they were sometimes warned to be careful, but were not told what to say.

Gilroy said the show itself expressed the ideas the team wanted to discuss.

His comments contradict reports that Disney discouraged political comparisons.
