Winless Texans and Titans meet after 0-4 starts

Both teams have lost their first four games.

They meet in Nashville on Sunday, and one can earn its first win of the season.

The Texans and Titans are also trying to catch the Jaguars and Colts in the AFC South.

A 0-4 start makes the playoffs difficult: only one team that started 0-4 has reached them.
