BBC thriller Shy & Lola follows two women drawn into Grimsby’s criminal underworld
Shy & Lola is a BBC thriller set in Grimsby, a port town in England.

It’s a darkly comic, propulsive story with real emotional depth underneath it. It’s funny and entertaining, but the stakes are very real, so you never stop caring about these women.
