SPMVV and NIELIT Tirupati partner on digital learning and job skills

SPMVV and NIELIT Tirupati partner on digital learning and job skills

Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) and the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology’s Tirupati Centre have agreed to work together.

The two institutions signed memoranda of understanding in Tirupati.

NIELIT is an autonomous scientific society under India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

The agreements aim to help students use NIELIT’s Digital University platform and take part in industry-focused training.

The institutions also plan to bring emerging technologies and practical skills into university learning.

The partnership is intended to help close the gap between academic study and industry needs, and improve students’ job prospects.

It is expected to give students access to digital resources and specialised training, although no timetable for the programmes was stated.
