Minimum validity for some Turkish rail open tickets cut to 90 days

Under new rules, some open tickets offered after operator-caused cancellations or delays must be valid for at least 90 days, down from 180.

This is a minimum, not a deadline: operators can make tickets valid for longer.

Passengers can still choose a refund when the rules allow it.

The change concerns a specific passenger right, not every open ticket.
