Vela Equity Partners has acquired Ecologica Piemontese, an environmental services company based in Rivalta di Torino, Italy.
The company was founded 25 years ago by the Bono family and works with public utilities, local authorities and industrial businesses in northern Italy.

Vela was founded by Guido Emanuele Fucci and completed the acquisition within 12 months of setting its goal.
