Crocker targets a return to world title level while focusing on Cooper

Crocker says his immediate focus is his fight with Owen Cooper.

He hopes to win and work his way back to a world title.

He is not looking past Cooper, whom he expects to be a tough opponent.

Crocker says any of the four welterweight world titles would be a good target.
