Five Japanese startups announce funding rounds totaling more than ¥99 billion

Five Japanese startups announced new funding during the week of October 5 to 9.

The largest round was ¥32.3 billion for Helical Fusion, which plans a test of its fusion device in 2027.

Other companies will use the money to expand services such as support for foreign workers, AI customer service and hospital software.

The funding could help these companies develop their products and reach more customers.
