Lockie Ferguson praises Shreyas Iyer’s leadership as India captain

Ferguson, who played with Iyer at Punjab Kings, says Iyer stays calm and gives players clear plans.

He also lets bowlers use their own strengths.

Iyer became India’s T20 captain after the team won the World Cup earlier this year.

India’s tour of New Zealand begins with a five-match T20 series on October 22.
