Lustrinelli says Union Berlin needs time and wins to build his project

Union Berlin has had an uneven start to the season and lost 0-7 to Bayern Munich.

Coach Mauro Lustrinelli says the team needs to play more consistently and win matches.

He wants Union to press higher and attack with more energy, rather than sit deep.

He says changing the team’s style takes time, but poor results can raise doubts about the project.
