Russian concertgoer receives 132,000-ruble refund after suing organizer

A man from Voronezh bought four tickets to Kanye West concerts in St. Petersburg that were later canceled.

The organizer has refunded him 132,000 rubles, the tickets’ face value.

He says he has not received the extra fees he paid and is still asking the court for more compensation.

His case is the first lawsuit in Russia over the canceled concerts.
