North Korea fires unidentified projectile toward East Sea
South Korea's military says North Korea fired an unidentified projectile toward the East Sea on Monday.

The following day, North Korean state media said leader Kim Jong-un had overseen an intermediate-range strategic missile launch as part of training for missile troops.
The latest launch adds to North Korea's recent missile activity, but no further information about it or any next steps was provided.
