Ayrton Hodson to race Sprintcar and Super2 at Adelaide Grand Final

New Zealand racer Ayrton Hodson will compete in Adelaide during the BP Adelaide Grand Final from November 26 to 29.

He will race a Sprintcar as well as his regular Super2 ZB Commodore over the same weekend.

The event, called NAPA Speedway in the City, will use a temporary track built on a cricket field.

Five racing categories will compete on the 342-metre track, with Sprintcars as the main attraction.

The Sprintcar Invitational is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, and its nominations have reached 36 drivers.

Hodson will join New Zealand Sprintcar regular Max Guilford and three drivers from the United States, including World of Outlaws competitors Hunter Schuerenberg and Garet Williamson.

More international drivers may be announced before the event.
