Towns have until October 25 to apply for £20,000 community awards

The programme is looking for towns with projects that support local businesses, improve high streets or bring people together.

Five winning towns will each receive £20,000 to invest in their community.

Residents cannot apply on their own; an eligible local representative or organisation must submit the entry.

Applications close on October 25.
