Eduin Caz questions water and electricity bills totaling 112,000 pesos

Eduin Caz says two utility bills for his home total 112,000 pesos.

He says his usual electricity bills are much lower because his home has solar panels, and he was away for part of the billing period.

He has asked for the charges to be checked, but no error has been confirmed.

The review matters because it should clarify whether the bills match the services his home used.
