Osisko Gold completes US$30 million investment from Trafigura affiliate

Osisko Gold has received about US$30 million from an affiliate of Trafigura.

In return, it issued the investor more than 9.5 million shares.

The company says talks are continuing on a separate financing facility worth up to US$120 million.

The investment gives Osisko Gold funding, while the larger facility is not yet final.
