Gangwon seeks hydrogen companies for Donghae’s Bukpyeong district
The Gangwon Free Economic Zone Authority is seeking hydrogen companies to invest in Bukpyeong, in the city of Donghae, South Korea.
Applications are open from Oct.
19 to 21 for hydrogen-specialist, general hydrogen and hydrogen-transition companies.
Bukpyeong’s key strategic industry is hydrogen energy, and the authority wants to bring related companies together there.
Companies selected will receive priority for space in a long-term lease complex being developed by the Donghae branch of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation.
The authority says closer links among companies could strengthen the local hydrogen industry.
