Lotto Max jackpot reaches record $85 million in Canada
No ticket matched all seven numbers in Friday night’s Lotto Max draw in Canada.
The jackpot has therefore risen to $85 million, the largest in Canadian lottery history.
The draw will take place on Tuesday, Oct.
13.
It will also offer 16 prizes of $1 million and 85 prizes of $100,000.
Lotto Max raised its jackpot cap to $90 million earlier this year and added $100,000 prizes to every draw.
The last major Lotto Max win was in December 2024, when a player in Manitoba shared the jackpot with a winning ticket sold in Quebec.
The $85 million prize is the latest step toward the new $90 million cap.
