Oncolytics reports new patent protection for pelareorep
Oncolytics Biotech is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing pelareorep, a treatment it is studying for cancer.
The company says patents covering pelareorep’s use as an immunotherapy have been issued in several countries.
It expects a U.S. patent to be issued in the near term.
Three other patent applications are pending, including two covering how the treatment is used.
