Everest completes 7,877m of drilling at Revere gold project
Everest Metals has completed 125 aircore drill holes, covering 7,877 metres, at its Revere gold project in Western Australia.
The project is about 90 kilometres northeast of Meekatharra, in the Murchison region.
Most of the drilling focused on the Armstrong deposit, with additional holes at Big John and Tree Reef.
Revere already has a resource estimated at 260,780 ounces of gold and a granted mining lease.
More than 60% of the Revere Reef system remains untested, according to the company.
Assay results are expected in early December 2026 and will help determine where exploration goes next.
A scoping study on possible development options is targeted for completion in the March 2027 quarter.
Everest Metals completed 7,877 metres of aircore drilling across three targets at its Revere gold project in Western Australia.
The program comprised 125 holes at the Armstrong and Big John deposits and the Tree Reef prospect.
Assay results are expected in early December 2026 and will help guide the next phase of exploration.
The project’s existing resource is 260,780 ounces of gold, and more than 60% of the Revere Reef system remains untested.
Everest has also commissioned a scoping study, targeted for completion in the March 2027 quarter.
- Who
- Everest Metals completed the drilling.
- What
- It drilled 125 aircore holes over 7,877 metres across three targets.
- When
- The article was published on October 12, 2026. Assay results are expected in early December 2026.
- Where
- The Revere gold project, about 90 kilometres northeast of Meekatharra in Western Australia’s Murchison region.
- Why
- To target extensions to known mineralisation, improve geological understanding and assess opportunities for resource growth.
This story does not have two clearly opposing sides.
The completion of this drilling program represents further progress towards that objective, targeting extensions to known mineralisation and strengthening our geological understanding to support future resource assessments
With more than 60% of the Revere Reef system remaining untested, we see significant opportunities to expand our understanding of this extensive gold system
Everest appointed Como Engineers to undertake a scoping study for Revere.
Stockhead reported that Everest had completed 7,877 metres of drilling at Revere.
Everest expects assay results from the drilling program.
