Ankara AK Party meeting welcomes new mayors and council members

The AK Party held a meeting in Ankara and welcomed mayors and council members who had recently joined it.

Provincial chair Hakan Han Özcan said the party was open to people who wanted to serve the public.

The new members said they would work toward strong results in the 2029 local elections.

The meeting shows the party is building its local team ahead of those elections.
