Man charged over alleged offensive behaviour on Bondi attack footbridge

Police say the man hung a flag from the bridge and made offensive gestures.

He has been charged with behaving offensively in a public place, but a charge is not a conviction.

The bridge is where two gunmen killed 15 people in a December attack.

Its future has been debated since the killings.
