Couche-Tard to buy fuel retail sites from Irving Oil in Quebec and Ontario

Couche-Tard is buying fuel-selling sites from Irving Oil in Quebec and Ontario.

The deal includes locations it already operates, as well as sites for commercial customers such as truckers.

Irving Oil will also supply fuel to 71 Couche-Tard-owned sites in Quebec.

The deal needs regulatory approval and other closing conditions to be met.
