Third Toronto soldier charged in July kidnapping investigation

A third Toronto soldier has been charged in a kidnapping case from July.

Court documents say the victim was allegedly kidnapped for ransom, and the soldier is also accused of using and pointing a handgun.

Police found six types of Canadian Armed Forces ammunition during the investigation.

The charges are allegations, not proof of guilt.
