Cyber incident affects systems at owner of Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight

TFG London is investigating a cyber incident identified on Sunday that affected some of its IT systems.

The incident specifically affected Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight, three fashion brands owned by the company.

Their stores are operating as normal, but some website features may be unavailable.

TFG says it does not believe customers' payment information was affected, but it is checking whether other sensitive customer data was involved.

H&M is investigating a separate claim of a cyber-attack, with no link to the TFG incident stated.

TFG says it will inform customers directly if their personal information was affected, and advises that account login details do not need to be changed at this time.

Customers should stay alert for suspicious messages while the investigation continues and the company provides further updates.
