Greystar announces acquisition of Brazil’s largest student housing operator

Greystar, a US company that manages rental homes, announced it will acquire Uliving’s operation.

Uliving is Brazil’s largest company focused on student housing.

It is owned by Pátria and British firm Grosvenor.

The deal expands Greystar’s work in Brazil.
