NRL stars could enter free agency on November 1

Several prominent NRL players may be free to negotiate with other clubs from November 1.

They can still stay with their current teams if they agree new contracts first.

The new PNG Chiefs are among the clubs expected to pursue top players.

Where these players sign could reshape teams for the seasons ahead.
