Marseille beat Troyes 2-0 as Genesio prioritizes ending poor run

Marseille beat Troyes 2-0 away from home on Sunday evening.

The result was the main thing for coach Bruno Genesio, even though he was not satisfied with the way his team played.

His comments suggest Marseille had been going through a difficult run.

Genesio said that when a team is in a negative spell, the most important thing is to break it.

He said he was waiting for the team to play better.

No further details about Marseille’s next match or plans were given.
