Dungeons & Dragons to get two Star Wars books in 2027
Wizards of the Coast plans to publish two Dungeons & Dragons books based on Star Wars in 2027.
The books are part of D&D’s Universes Beyond line, which brings other fictional worlds into the game.
Star Wars Core Rules will let players use the fifth edition of D&D to run games in the Star Wars setting.
Tyro Squadron: Adventures will provide a campaign set during the original Star Wars trilogy.
Players will take the part of a secret crew fighting for the Rebellion against the Empire.
The books add a new way to play in the Star Wars universe, which has had tabletop roleplaying games since 1987.
