Vikki Campion starts part-time adviser role with NSW One Nation

Vikki Campion, a News Corp columnist and wife of federal One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce, has started work as a part-time media adviser for One Nation in New South Wales.

She is working as a contractor for the party’s state executive, which she says is separate from the federal party.

Campion helped NSW One Nation leader Mike Newman at a press conference in the Hunter region.

She has worked on political campaigns for about six years and previously advised the state Nationals.

She will continue writing her weekly column for the Saturday Telegraph.

Campion says she has no plans to run as a candidate.

The role comes ahead of the March state election, when One Nation is preparing its candidates.
