Calcutta High Court Extends Stay on Demolition of Banerjee Office
A court in West Bengal has temporarily stopped the demolition of a political party office.
The office belongs to a company linked to Abhishek Banerjee’s family.
The court extended this pause until November 30.
It also told the state government to explain what was taken from the office.

Banerjee’s counsel said office premises at plot number 507 were partially demolished and sought compensation for the alleged administrative error.
