Dubai Launches Real Estate Tokenization Pilot Program
Dubai's Real Estate Tokenisation Pilot Goes Live on Dedicated Platform Prypco Mint: Details · gadgets360.com

Dubai is starting a new way to buy and sell houses using technology called tokenization.

Instead of buying a whole property, people can buy small pieces, like shares, using a platform called Prypco Mint.

The government is helping to oversee this new system, which allows people to invest with a minimum of AED 2,000.

It's only for people with an Emirates ID right now, but will open to international investors later.

This system is expected to grow a lot, potentially making up a large part of the Dubai real estate market, and it will use the UAE currency only, at first.
