Another project, called Assotech Hills, is in Ranchi and is a new part of a big planned community.
The third project, called Assotech Canopy, is in Ghaziabad and offers plots of land where people can build their own homes.
The company has been building homes for 40 years.
These three projects are part of the company's plan to grow in smaller cities where there are not many big builders.

Assotech Canopy offers ready-to-build GDA approved plots in Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad, within the NCR market.
The three launches mark Assotech Group's 40 years in the sector and its strategy of expanding into Tier-II markets like Ranchi and Bhubaneswar.
